If your K3 or K3S expereinced a failure or other operational problem, I can help diagnose and often repair a problem that can be isolated to a module, PCB or sub-assembly. Customers are advised at time of diagnosis as to what needs to be replaced or repaired and the costs for labor, parts and return shipping to you. NO REPAIRS ARE DONE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION BY THE CUSTOMER.

NOTE: Individual components replacement including passive devices and complex ICs may, in some cases, be best handled by Elecraft Factory service. Customers will be advised if the radio needs to be sent to the factory for such repairs.
